Monsters vs. Aliens is an American animated television series that was a spin-off of the movie Monsters vs. Represents aliens . The German premiere was on November 11, 2013 on Nickelodeon Germany . The series consists of 26 episodes, each with two 11-minute stories.

Once upon a time, the monsters saved from Monsters vs. Aliens the world, but now they have to live together with some crazy aliens in a secret underground base and together with them save the world every day anew. Since the blob BOB, the fishman Missing Link, the mad scientist Dr. However, the cockroach, insectosaurus and the stretchy woman Susan Murphy are rivals of the aliens, both groups want to be the heroes alone. However, they have a few things in common: strange looks, superpowers and humor.
Production and publication
Jeffrey Katzenberg first spoke of the idea for the series in 2009, the year the film came out, and that Nickelodeon had ordered a pilot episode. In 2012 it was announced that it would be implemented as a television series for the next year with 26 episodes. The series was created like the previous film at DreamWorks Animation . The producers were Chris Neuhahn , Andrew Huebner and Kellie Smith as assistant producers. Bret Haaland , Mark McCorkle and Robert Schooley were appointed executive producers . Directed mostly by Matt Engstrom or Sunil Hall , with individual episodes also by Fred Osmond, Jim Schumann and Eddie Trigueros. The music comes from Adam Berry and the artistic direction was with Frank Rocco .
The 26 episodes were first shown on March 23, 2013 by Nickelodeon in the USA, the last episode on February 8, 2014. From November 11, 2013, the German premiere followed, also on Nickelodeon. Some episodes of the series have also been released on DVD in the United States and Germany.
