"4 Minutes"
Song

"4 Minutes to Save the World" is a song recorded by American singer Madonna for her forthcoming album, featuring Justin Timberlake and Timbaland. The song is reported to be the first single to be taken from the album.[1] Timbaland suggested in an interview[2] that the song could be released in January 2008, although according to http://www.madonnatribe.com, the video for the song will not be filmed until January 2008.

On 16 December 2007, Timbaland played part of "4 Minutes to Save the World" at Jingle Ball in Camden, NJ, with Timbaland singing live over the Madonna/Timberlake vocals. A person attending the show made a recording of the song, which soon after was made available on the internet. Versions placed on YouTube were quickly removed.

The lyrics of the song, such as "We've only got four minutes to save the world" and "Tick, tock", are an apparent reference to the Doomsday Clock, although the Clock currently suggests there is five minutes remaining.

Music video

The music video is to be directed by Jonas Åkerlund at the end of January, as reported by MadonnaTribe. Timbaland and Timberlake are set to appear along with Madonna in the music video.[3][4]

On the January 23rd 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show , Justin Timberlake called in to wish her a Happy Birthday. It was said that he would be spending his week in London, filming a video with Madonna.
