Østrup is a Danish town with 282 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020) in western Himmerland . The village has been part of the Vesthimmerlands Municipality in the Nordjylland region since the 2007 municipal reform . Before that she was part of the Aars Municipality in the North Jutland Office .

Vognsild is about seven kilometers north of Aalestrup , eight kilometers south of Aars and nine kilometers east of Farsø .
