Šebastovce (until 1948 Slovak "Žebeš"; German Schebesch , Hungarian Zsebes ) is a district of Košice , in Okres Košice IV in eastern Slovakia south of the city center.
The place was first mentioned in writing as a zebus in 1248 and has been part of Košice as a district since May 1, 1976.
