Sídlisko KVP ("KVP-Siedlung", KVP stands for Košický vládny program - German Kaschau government program ) is a district of Košice , in Okres Košice II in eastern Slovakia, west of the city center.
The district was built from 1980 and has been an official part of the city of Košice since 1990.
Special buildings
The most famous building is the Church of the Divine Mercy . The church is located on Trieda KVP street and was completed in 2011. It is the work of a group of architects: Pavel Simko, Richard Neufeld, Peter Pásztor, Martin Drahovský, Ladislav Friedmann, Rastislav Rozman.
