(2756) Crisser ( 1977 VN ; 1949 XO ; 1956 AM ; 1966 VJ ; 1973 AC 2 ; 1979 FR ) is an approximately 20 km large asteroid of the outer main belt , which was discovered on November 11, 1977 by the Chilean astronomer Sergio Barros at Cerro El Roble -Observatory on Cerro El Roble in the National Park La Campana in the Región de Valparaíso in Chile ( IAU code 805). It belongs to the Themis family , a group of asteroids named after (24) Themis .

(2757) Crisser was named after the discoverer and his wife. The name Crisser is formed from the names Cris tina and Sergio .
