(2781) Kleczek ( 1982 QH ; 1962 AE ; 1971 UX 1 ; 1976 PA ) is an asteroid about 21 kilometers in size of the outer main belt , which was discovered on August 19, 1982 by the Czech (then: Czechoslovakia ) astronomer Zdeňka Vávrová at the Kleť Observatory was discovered on Kleť near Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic ( IAU code 046). It belongs to the Themis family , a group of asteroids named after (24) Themis .

designation

(2781) Kleczek was named after the Czechoslovak-Czech solar physicist , astronomer and author Josip Kleczek (1923-2014). He is the author of numerous astronomical books including The Six Languages ​​Astronomical Dictionary .
