(3013) Dobrovoleva ( 1979 SD 7 ; 1981 GS ) is an approximately eleven-kilometer asteroid of the main inner belt that was discovered on September 23, 1979 by the Russian (then: Soviet Union ) astronomer Nikolai Stepanovich Tschernych at the Crimean Observatory (Nautschnyj branch) on the peninsula Crimea ( IAU code 095) was discovered.
designation
(3013) Dobrovoleva was named after Oleg Wassiljewitsch Dobrowolski (1914–1987), who was the head of the Department of Cometary Astronomy at the Academy of Sciences of the Tajik Soviet Socialist Republic and was known for his physical research on comets .
