(48415) Dehio is an asteroid of the main belt that was discovered by the German astronomer Freimut Börngen on August 21, 1987 at the Thuringian State Observatory in Tautenburg ( IAU code 033).

The celestial body was named after the German art historian Georg Dehio (1850–1932), whose handbook of German art monuments named after him first appeared in 1905 and is regularly revised to this day. The asteroid was named on March 18, 2003.
