(7536) Fahrenheit is an asteroid of the main belt , which on 21 November 1995 by the Japanese astronomer Yoshisada Shimizu and Takeshi Urata at Nachi-Katsuura Observatory ( IAU code 905) in the Wakayama Prefecture was discovered.
The asteroid was named in honor of the German physicist and founder of thermometry Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit (1686–1736).
