- December 11: Jewish history in Cologne / Cologne's Jewish quarter : Emperor Constantine the Great, for the first time, has been proven to allow Jews to participate in the Cologne City Council .
- Emperor Constantine the Great made Sunday , the holy day of Christianity and the Mithras cult , the legal day of rest in the Roman Empire. Only agricultural work is allowed on Sundays. The decree comes into force on July 3rd.
