9th Royal Bavarian Infantry Brigade
The 9th Infantry Brigade was a large unit of the Bavarian Army . The brigade command was in Nuremberg .
In 1914 the brigade was part of the 5th Division . You were subject to the following units:
- 14th Infantry Regiment "Hartmann" in Nuremberg
- 21st Infantry Regiment "Grand Duke Friedrich Franz IV. Of Mecklenburg-Schwerin" in Fürth and Sulzbach
- District Command Amberg
The brigade was used at the beginning of the First World War as part of the 6th Army on the Western Front.
