6th Royal Bavarian Field Artillery Brigade
The 6th Field Artillery Brigade was a large unit of the Bavarian Army .
history
The large association was established on October 1, 1901 by renaming the 3rd Field Artillery Brigade . She was part of the 6th Division and had her command in Nuremberg .
The brigade was deployed at the beginning of the First World War as part of the 6th Army on the Western Front.
In the further course of the war, the Deputy General Command of III. Army Corps formed from the Command of Artillery Commander No. 6 in accordance with the Ordinance of the War Ministry of February 22, 1917 .
After the end of the war, the command returned home on December 27, 1918, where it was demobilized and finally dissolved in Nuremberg at the end of December 1918.

- 8th field artillery regiment "Prince Heinrich of Prussia" in Nuremberg
