Aşağıserinyer is an almost or completely deserted Kurdish village in the Kiğı district of the Turkish province of Bingöl . The settlement is located directly north of the Özlüce reservoir , above the road that runs parallel to the reservoir and below the sister settlement Yukarıserinyer .

In 1967 the village had 175 inhabitants. In 2009 the village was not included in the statistics. In the same year, two residential units were built by the state.

The Kurdish name exists in different variants. The variant Aşağıgajik is recorded in the land register. The place is also called Gajik'a Jerin or Xajixa Jerin.
