The Apollon University of Health Economics is a private , state-recognized university in Bremen that offers distance learning courses in the fields of care management, health economics, health psychology, health tourism, health technology, applied psychology as well as prevention and health promotion. Bachelor's and master's degrees are offered. The university of applied sciences, founded in 2005, is part of the Klett Group .

The sponsor is the APOLLON Hochschule der Gesundheitswirtschaft GmbH. The university was founded on November 28, 2005 by the Klett Group .

The distance learning courses and certificate courses of the are designed as extra-occupational training and further education opportunities for working adults. All courses are ZFU-approved and FIBAA-accredited. While the face-to-face seminars mainly take place in Bremen, face-to-face exams can also be taken in Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, Berlin, Leipzig, Stuttgart, Göttingen, Zurich or Vienna.

Upon completion of the Master of Health Management distance learning course or the university certificate courses in Public Health , Corporate Health Management , Ethics in the Health Economy , Setting-Oriented Prevention and Health Promotion and Gerontology , participants also receive CME advanced training points . These courses have been certified as CME advanced training by the Bremen Medical Association.
