Aaru Chanuate ( Nepali आरु चनौटे ) is a Village Development Committee (VDC) in Nepal in the Gorkha district .

The VDC Aaru Chanuate is located on the western bank of the Budhigandaki . The suburb of Aarughat is the starting point of the Manaslu circular route .

Residents

At the 2011 census, the VDC Aaru Chanuate had 4,327 inhabitants (1979 male) in 1,069 households.
