Abby Ryder Fortson (* 14. March 2008 in Burbank , California ) is an American actress . She became known through her participation in the film Ant-Man as well as in the television series Transparent and Togetherness .
Life
Abby Ryder Fortson was born in March 2008 to the actors Christie Lynn Smith and John Fortson. She began her career in 2012 with commercials for various corporations and brands such as Toyota , Chevrolet and Netflix .
She made her television debut as an actress in 2013 in an episode of the comedy series The Mindy Project on the US television channel Fox . In 2014 she was hired for the recurring supporting role of Ella Novak in the series Transparent , produced by Amazon .
