The Afghan national football team of women (Dari: تیم ملی فوتبال زنان افغانستان tim-e Milli-e futbal-e Afghanestan, Pashto: د افغانستان د فوټبال ملي لوبډله Since Afghanestan since futbal Milli Lobḍala) is the women's football national team of Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF ). She has been coached by former US international Kelly Lindsey since 2016.

In 2007 the national team was established by the National Olympic Committee with students from Kabul. In 2008 she went to a preparatory camp in Germany. The national team played their first international match in 2010 as part of the South Asian Cup . The first competitive win followed in 2012 with a 2-0 win over Qatar . In the second edition of the South Asian Cup in 2012, the team reached the semi-finals, in which a defeat against India followed with 0:11. In 2014 the national team left the South Asian Football Association and became a member of the newly established Central Asian Football Association.

Former US international Kelly Lindsey has been national coach and Haley Carter has been her assistant since 2016 . Khalida Popal is the program director.
