Alessandra "Sandy" Meyer-Wölden (born March 14, 1983 in Munich ) is a German model .

Life

Alessandra Meyer-Wölden is of German origin on her father's side and Italian- Eritrean on her mother's side . Her mother Antonella was born in the former Italian colony of Eritrea and was a former pop singer in Italy . Her father Axel Meyer-Wölden (* June 2, 1941 - August 18, 1997) was a lawyer and tennis manager, a. a. by Boris Becker . That brought her to tennis as a competitive sport early on . She played her first tournaments for the Großhesselohe tennis club. She later moved to Florida with her family to train at Nick Bollettieri's Bradenton Tennis Academy . It was also listed in the Junior ITF in the meantime . At the age of 16, she had a relationship with Tommy Haas and stopped playing tennis. The relationship ended after seven years.

Meyer-Wölden studied four years at the University of Miami and graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication studies . In 2005 she founded the jewelry company Lovechild together with a friend and has been working as a jewelry designer ever since. Meyer-Wölden modeled regularly and was the cover girl for Max magazine in Germany in 2001 . From 2002 to 2004 she was under contract with Elite Model Management . The magazine Maxim dedicated the cover story and a multi-page photo series to her in issue 03/2009.

In 2008 she came into focus of the media after her engagement to Boris Becker, which was broken after three months. In 2009 a liaison with Oliver Pocher became public. The marriage ceremony took place on September 25, 2010. The two have a daughter (born February 2, 2010) and two sons (twins, born September 25, 2011); they lived together in Cologne . In the RTL show Alle auf den Kleine , in which candidates competed in various games against their then husband and could win money, she acted as co-commentator alongside Heiko Waßer . On April 11, 2013, Alessandra and Oliver Pocher announced their separation. Since the separation, Alessandra Meyer-Wölden lives with her children in Miami ( Florida ).

In spring 2016 she took part in the ninth season of the RTL dance show Let's Dance . Together with her dance partner Sergiu Luca , she retired after the eighth round and thus took seventh of 14 places. In 2018 Meyer-Wölden cooperates as a "style star" with the online platform Moebel24.de , where she designs a living room, bedroom and bathroom in 3D .

In his second marriage, Meyer-Wölden is married to an American businessman; she gave birth to twins again in March 2017.
