Alexander Wassiljewitsch Tatarinow ( Russian Александр Васильевич Татаринов ; born April 14, 1982 in Sverdlovsk , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with HK Almaty in the Kazakh ice hockey league since 2013 .
Career
Alexander Tatarinov began his career as a hockey player at HK Spartak Moscow , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Super League in the 1998/99 season . After the relegation of Spartak Moscow he played for three years for the Super League participant Lokomotive Yaroslavl , where he was active in the 2000/01 season in parallel for Kristall Saratow in the Wysschaja Liga , the second Russian division. After he had finished the 2001/02 season at Amur Khabarovsk , he spent the following season at Molot-Prikamje Perm .
For the 2003/04 season Tatarinov returned to Spartak Moscow and rose with his team in the Super League. However, he himself remained in the Wysschaja Liga and spent the following year and a half at HK Metschel Tscheljabinsk and Chimik Woskressensk . From 2006 to 2010 he played for Metallurg Novokuznetsk - initially in the Super League and from the 2008/09 season in the newly founded Continental Hockey League . In the 2009/10 season he also played two times for Disel Pensa in the Wysschaja Liga. For the 2010/11 season , the Russian moved within the KHL to Awtomobilist Yekaterinburg . After he had started the following season at Awtomobilist in the KHL, his contract was dissolved in October 2011.
In November 2011 he was committed by HK Donbass Donetsk from the Vysschaya Hockey League .
International
For Russia Tatarinov took part in the U18 World Junior Championship in 2000 . He scored three goals in six games and gave two assists.
