Alfred Krüttner

Alfred Krüttner (born October 27, 1904 in Niederleschen in Silesia , † 1984 in Hanover ) was a German lawyer .

Life

Alfred Krüttner graduated from the former royal Prussian cadet institute in Berlin-Lichterfelde in 1923 and studied law at the universities of Marburg , Breslau and Göttingen from 1923 . During his studies he became a member of the Corps Teutonia Marburg in 1923 . In 1929, he put in Marburg under the title The criminal justice system in Silesia in the colonization period (13th and 14th centuries) its law and political science dissertation to Dr. jur. from.

After his major state examination, Krüttner was a district judge in Sprottau , and soon afterwards he worked as a consultant for the Commissioner for Osthilfe .

During the Second World War , Krüttner served in the navy as chief director's council and was last director of the fleet in 1945. From 1945 to 1946 he was a prisoner of war .

In 1946 Krüttner returned to the civil service, initially as head of administration at the German Maritime Institute, today's German Hydrographic Institute , then as a consultant in the Central Justice Office in what was then the British Zone . After the establishment of the Federal Republic of Germany , Krüttner entered the service of the Lower Saxony judiciary.

On July 1, 1954, Alfred Krüttner moved to the Bundeswehr administration , initially in the Blank office in Bonn . From January 15, 1956, he was President of the Military District Administration II in Hanover , where he worked until October 31, 1969.

From 1970 to 1973 Alfred Krüttner was the managing director of the Hanover Industry Club .

Alfred Krüttner was married and had three children.
