Amphoe Nong Khae ( Thai : อำเภอ หนองแค ) is a district ( Amphoe - administrative district) in the southern part of Saraburi Province . The Saraburi Province is located in the central region of Thailand .

Neighboring districts (clockwise from north): Amphoe Nong Saeng , Amphoe Mueang Saraburi and Amphoe Wihan Daeng of Saraburi Province, Amphoe Nong Suea of Pathum Thani Province and Amphoe Wang Noi , Amphoe Uthai and Amphoe Phachi of Ayutthaya Province .
history
There are indications in the chronicles that Amphoe Nong Khae existed as early as 1899.
The Na Roeng Canal (Thai: คลอง นา เริ่ ง - Khlong Na Roeng ) flows through the district. It was already used in the Kingdom of Ayutthaya for strategic reasons for rapid troop transports.

- Khotchasit (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ค ช สิทธิ์ ) consisting of parts of the tambon Khotchasit.
- Hin Kong (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล หิน กอง ) consisting of the parts of the tambon Huai Khamin, Huai Sai, Nong Khai Nam.
- Phai Tam (Thai: เทศบาล ตำบล ไผ่ ต่ำ ) consisting of the complete tambon Phai Tam.
There are also 15 " tambon administration organizations " ( องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล - Tambon Administrative Organizations, TAO)
- Kum Hak (Thai: องค์การ บริหาร ส่วน ตำบล กุ่ม หัก ) consisting of the complete Tambon Kum Hak.
