Sömmerda District Court

The Sömmerda District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six District Courts (AG) in the district of the Erfurt Regional Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Sömmerda , the district town of the Sömmerda district in the northeast of Thuringia . The 807 km² judicial district extends to the Sömmerda district with 53 communities. Around 70,000 people live in it.

Bankruptcy , foreclosure and receivership process works the District Court of Erfurt . For the leadership of the trade , cooperative and partnership register is Jena District Court jurisdiction. The central dunning court is the Aschersleben District Court .
