Anatoly Filatov ( Russian Анатолий Филатов ; English transcription Anatoly Filatov ; born August 8, 1988 in Moscow ) is a professional Russian poker player .

Personal

Filatov studied at the Lomonosov University in Moscow at the Faculty of Scientific Computing and Cybernetics . He is the father of a son, born in 2015, from whose mother he is divorced. Filatow has been married for the second time since July 2017. He lives in Moscow .

Poker career

Filatov began playing poker while studying and was inspired by Ivan Demidov's appearance at the final table of the 2008 World Series of Poker Main Event . Filatow has been playing online since August 2008 under the nicknames NL_Profit ( PokerStars and partypoker ) , mr_deer ( Full Tilt Poker ) , davaibabkibratuh (TitanPoker) and rublubablo ( 888poker ) . His online tournament revenue is just under $ 4.5 million , the majority of which was won by more than $ 2.5 million on PokerStars . Filatow has been partypoker's advertising medium since March 2017 . Since 2012 he has also participated in renowned live tournaments.

At the beginning of July 2012 Filatow was successful for the first time at the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas and came in the money in a tournament of the No Limit Hold'em variant . In mid-April 2013 he finished third at the Berlin Cup , a side event of the European Poker Tour (EPT) in Berlin , and received prize money of 126,000 euros due to a deal with two other players . At the end of March 2014 he took second place behind Fabrice Soulier at the EPT High Roller in Vienna for more than 265,000 euros. In June and August 2017 Filatow won the high roller of the partypoker Live tournament series played by his sponsor twice in a row at King's Resort in Rozvadov and secured prize money of more than 100,000 euros. At the end of November 2017, he finished second behind Adrián Mateos at the finals of the partypoker Caribbean Poker Party in Punta Cana and received US $ 165,000 in prize money. In mid-August 2018, Filatov won the main event of partypoker Millions Russia and secured a prize of 60 million rubles , at that time the equivalent of just under 950,000 US dollars. At the end of January 2019, he also won the WPT high roller in Sochi and received the equivalent of more than 100,000 US dollars. At the end of October 2019, Filatow finished third at the Diamond High Roller of the World Series of Poker Europe in Rozvadov and received his highest prize money to date of more than 900,000 euros. In mid-November 2019 he won the Millions High Roller of the partypoker Millions World Bahamas and secured a prize of 280,000 US dollars.

In total, Filatow has earned more than five million US dollars with poker in live tournaments. From April to November 2016 he played as team manager for the Moscow Wolverines in the Global Poker League and made it to the playoffs with his team.
