André Giogoli

André Giogoli (born April 12, 1962 in Bad Harzburg ) is a German photographer.

Life

André Giogoli grew up in Bad Harzburg and completed his training as a photographer in the Berliner Lette-Verein from 1985 to 1987 . The collaboration with Sascha Kramer began in 1990 . They photographed numerous covers for the German music scene, and their clients included musicians such as u. a. Dieter Bohlen , Blue System , Blümchen , Oli P. and Ofra Haza .

Giogoli made a name for himself in Germany through publications and specialist books on photography with a focus on analog and black and white photography . His 2014 book Schwarzweiß-Fotografie. The big photo school was awarded the German Photo Book Prize in 2015 in silver.

Since 2006 Giogoli has also been teaching photography in the Lette Association, where he initiated the Lette Academy for Design in 2010.
