André Hansen (born December 17, 1989 in Oslo ) is a Norwegian football goalkeeper who plays for Rosenborg Trondheim in the Norwegian Eliteserien . In 2013 he made his international debut for Norway .

Career

society

Hansen comes from Veitvet, a part of the Bjerke district in Groruddalen northeast of Oslo, and began his career at Bjerkealliansen. From there he went to Skeid Fotball , where he was loaned from Kjelsås in 2007. In 2008 he was signed by Lillestrøm , but spent the season on loan from Skeid . He made his debut in the Norwegian top league against SK Brann in April 2009 and conceded three goals. In his second game he conceded three more goals. In late July 2009 he was loaned to KR Reykjavík , where he was named Goalkeeper of the Year in Iceland and was selected for the All-Star team despite only playing 8 games . He returned to Lillestrøm SK before the 2010 season.

Since Stefan Logi Magnusson, Henning Berg's preferred goalkeeper at Lillestrøm, Hansen played mainly for the substitute team in the third division. His contract with the club expired at the end of the 2010 season. On July 8, 2010, he signed a four-year deal with Odd Grenland , where he had joined the club on January 1, 2011. Hansen said that he changed clubs because he sees a better chance of playing regularly with Odd in the Tippeligaen . Hansen became Odds best goalkeeper in his first season, playing all 30 games.

During the Tippeligaen game against Strømsgodset on May 23, 2012, Hansen was injured in a collision with Péter Kovács in which he broke his cheekbone, which put him out of action for three weeks.

National team

Hansen has represented Norway from the U18 to the U23 and has been on the field seven times for the Norwegian U21 selection. In August 2012, Hansen was appointed to the first team for the first time. Goalkeeping coach Frode Grodås stated at the time that Hansen should be used as the third goalkeeper choice behind Rune Jarstein and Espen Bugge Pettersen. Hansen made his debut for the national team on January 12, 2013 , when Norway drew 0-0 in a friendly against Zambia .
