At the beginning of the 2017/18 season Comarella started in Prémanon for the first time in the Alpine Cup and finished fourth over 10 km classic. In Toblach she completed her first World Cup race , which she finished with 57th place over 10 km freestyle. In the further course of the season she achieved her first podium placements with third places in the Alpine Cup in Campra in the skiathlon and in Baqueira-Beret in the 10 km mass start race and pursuit races and thus achieved ninth place in the overall standings. At the U23 World Ski Championships in Goms in 2018 , she came 37th in the sprint, ninth place over 10 km classic and seventh place in skiathlon. In February 2018, she ran at the Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang to 37th place in the skiathlon, 34th place in the 30 km mass start race and ninth place in the relay.
In the 2018/19 season Comarella came third in the 10 km mass start race in Valdidentro and second in the 10 km freestyle and 15 km mass start race in Nové Město na Moravě , thus finishing tenth in the overall ranking of the Alpine Cup. At the U23 World Ski Championships in Lahti in 2019 , she finished 30th in the sprint, 12th place in the 15 km mass start race and eighth place over 10 km freestyle. In February 2019 she got her first World Cup points in Cogne with 22nd place over 10 km classic. At the following Nordic World Ski Championships in Seefeld in Tirol she finished 28th over 10 km classic, 17th place in the skiathlon and seventh place with the relay. At the end of the season she finished 30th at the World Cup finals in Québec and reached 80th place in the overall World Cup. In the following season, she achieved 55th place in the Ruka Triple and 18th place in the Tour de Ski 2019/20 , 48th place in the overall World Cup. At the U23 World Championships 2020 in Oberwiesenthal , she won the bronze medal with the relay. She also took 17th place over 10 km classic and eighth place in the 15 km mass start race.
