Anna Mikhailovna Rasputina , born Anna Mikhailovna Schuljatikowa , ( Russian Анна Михайловна Распутина , maiden name Russian Анна Михайловна Шулятикова ; born December 6 . Jul / 18th December  1874 greg. In the village of Novoye Ussolje, Perm province ; † February 17 jul. / 1 March  1908 greg. In Lissi Noss ( St. Petersburg )) was a Russian revolutionary .

Life

Anna Mikhailovna was a daughter of the exiled Mikhail Ivanovich Shulyatikov . In 1883 she moved with her family from Perm to Moscow . In 1893 she graduated from the 4th Moscow Girls' High School with a silver medal. She then studied in the Higher Bestushev courses for women in St. Petersburg, graduating in 1896.

In 1894 Anna Mikhailovna became a member of a group of the social revolutionary secret society Narodnaya Volja . She took part in the organization and work of the illegal Lachtinskaya printing house. After the printing works had been destroyed, she went into hiding in Cherepovets with her brother Vladimir Michailowitsch Schuljatikow and her sister Olga in July 1896 . Then she was arrested in 1896 together with Marija Fedosjewna Wetrowa and held in the Peter and Paul Fortress . In January 1898 Anna Mikhailovna was exiled to eastern Siberia for five years .

In Yakutsk , Anna Mikhailovna married the exiled Ivan Spiridonovich Rasputin in the prison church of the transit prison. In the village of Nizhnekolymsk near Chersky she gave birth to her daughter Ekaterina in 1899 and her second daughter Natalja in 1902.

After returning from Siberia in the summer of 1903, Rasputina settled on the property of her uncle Alexander Petrovich Tscharuschnikow in Ujesd Malojaroslawez , which was administered by his brother Ivan Petrovich Tscharuschnikow and on which his sister Klawdija Petrovna Tscharuschnikowa lived. In November 1904, Rasputina illegally returned to St. Petersburg. In 1906 she became a member of the new Combat Group of the North Oblast ( Karl group ) of the Social Revolutionary Party led by Albert Dawidowitsch Trauberg (nickname Karl ) . She was involved in the preparation of the attacks on the head of the St. Petersburg prison, Colonel Anatoly Andreevich Ivanov , the general manager of the main military court General Pavlov, the head of the prison administration Alexander Mikhailovich Maximowski and General Georgi Alexandrowitsch Min , who led the Moscow uprising during the Russian Revolution in 1905 on the Presnja in December 1905. She organized the assassination attempt on Justice Minister Ivan Grigoryevich Shcheglowitov .

As a result of the activity of the agent Provocateur Yevno Fischelewitsch Asef , Rasputina and comrades were arrested in February 1908 and taken to the Peter and Paul Fortress. The St. Petersburg Military District Court sentenced her to death. Rasputina, JN Lebedewa, Vsevolod Wladimirowitsch Lebedinzew , Lev Sergejewitsch Sinegub , Lidija Avgustowna Sture , Sergei Gavrilowitsch Baranow and the farmer from the governorate Vjatka AF Smirnow were on February 17th . / March 1,  1908 greg. hanged in Lissi Noss near St. Petersburg. In 1908 , Leonid Nikolajewitsch Andrejew made the history of the Karl group the subject of his story of the 7 hanged men.
