Anne Fletcher (born May 1, 1966 in Detroit , Michigan ) is an American actress , director and choreographer .

Life and accomplishments

Fletcher took dance lessons as a child. At the age of 15 she appeared on the show Salute to the Superstars , later she moved to California where she was tutored by Joe Tremaine. She worked as a choreographer and worked in that capacity with Jeff Andrews for six years. The duo worked on television shows and music videos, among other things. Fletcher later worked for Adam Shankman .

Fletcher made her first film roles as a dancer, including in Flintstones - The Flintstones (1994), The Mask (1994) and Tank Girl (1995). She developed choreography for the Oscar- nominated drama Boogie Nights (1997) with Mark Wahlberg , Burt Reynolds , Julianne Moore and Heather Graham - in which she herself appeared as a dancer - and for the comedy Live Better Unusually (1997) with Ewan McGregor and Cameron Diaz . Her later work as a choreographer includes the comedies Down with Love - To the devil with love! (2003) with Renée Zellweger and Ewan McGregor, ... and then came Polly (2004) with Ben Stiller and Jennifer Aniston and Der Babynator (2005) with Vin Diesel . She has directed four films, most recently Unterwegs mit Mum (2012).
