The Stadlerberg observation tower is located on the Stadlerberg in the municipality of Stadel near Niederglatt in the Swiss canton of Zurich .

The tower, made of wood in 1964, is 25 meters high. Due to the proximity to Kloten Airport , a beacon is installed on the viewing platform .

Hiking trails lead from Stadel to the observation tower in around 20 minutes. The tower offers a view of the Zurich Unterland and Kloten Airport. At the foot of the tower there is a barbecue area.

In 2019 the Stadel City Council decided to demolish the 55-year-old tower and erect a new one. The project, which is led by the local councilor Rico Barandun, is still in the project development phase.
