The Werl motorway junction (abbreviation: AK Werl ; short form: Kreuz Werl ) is a motorway junction in North Rhine-Westphalia in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region . It connects the federal highway 44 ( Aachen - Kassel ; E 331 ) with the federal highway 445 .
geography
The motorway junction is located in the urban area of Werl in the Soest district . Surrounding communities are Wickede (Ruhr) and Ense . The closest districts are Werl-Mitte, Büderich and Blumenthal . It is located about 30 km east of Dortmund , about 60 km west of Paderborn and about 15 km south of Hamm .
The Werl motorway junction has junction number 54 on the A 44 and number 60 on the A 445.

Both motorways have four lanes. All connecting ramps are single-track.
The motorway junction was laid out as a clover leaf .
