The racing driver Guido Meregalli founded the company for the production of automobiles in Milan in 1921 . The designer was Tonello. Production ended in 1923.

The only model was a two-seater sports car. A four-cylinder engine with OHC valve control and double ignition with 1743 cm³ displacement and 50 hp provided the drive. The design-related maximum speed was specified as 130 km / h. The transmission had four gears. A special feature was an adjustable steering column.
