It manufactured motor vehicles between 1925 and 1928 . The license came from Amilcar in France .

From 1925 the Compagnia Generale Automobili SA in Rome held this license. In 1927 it was transferred to the Societá Industriale Lombardo Veneta Automobili in Verona .

The models 6 CV , 6 CV Sport and 7 CV Gran Sport were produced.
