Fabbrica Italiana Automobili e Motori was an Italian manufacturer of automobiles .
Company history
The Turin-based company was initially a subsidiary of Marzoli, Magri & C. from Brescia . The focus was on the production of engines. The brand name was FIAM . Liquidation followed in 1923 . The engineer Peano re-founded the company in 1924. Production ended in 1927.
vehicles
The models A , B and C were on offer . A four-cylinder four - stroke engine with a displacement of 750 cm³ was used in the first two models mentioned . Model C was powered by a two-cylinder two - stroke engine with a displacement of 706 cm³ or 750 cm³. There were the body styles sedan , three-seater torpedo , sports car and spider.
Licensing
Weiss from Hungary acquired a license for the four-cylinder model.
