Azura Skye (* 8. November 1981 in Northridge , Los Angeles , California as Azura Dawn Storozynski ) is an American actress .
life and career
Azura Skye made her debut alongside James Belushi in an episode of the 1997 television series Total Security . In the television drama Cab to Canada (1998) she played one of the bigger roles alongside Catherine Bell and Haley Joel Osment . In the film comedy EDtv (1999) directed by Ron Howard , she appeared on the side of Matthew McConaughey . In the film drama 28 Days (2000) she played one of the bigger roles alongside Sandra Bullock .
From 1999 to 2000 Skye starred in the TV series Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane in the title role of Jane Cooper . For this role, which she played alongside Selma Blair , she was nominated for the YoungStar Award in 1999. In 2002 she appeared twice in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer . She was also featured in an episode of Ghost Whisperer . In the comedy Carolina - In Search of Mr. Perfect (2003) by Marleen Gorris , she played the role of Georgia Mirabeau , the daughter of Theodore Mirabeau ( Randy Quaid ) and the sister of Carolina Mirabeau ( Julia Stiles ). From 2003 to 2005 she starred in several episodes of the television series CSI: Miami .
