Bank Alfalah Pakistan Open 2005

The Bank Alfalah Pakistan Open 2005 took place from July 22-29 , 2005 in Karachi , Pakistan . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2005/06 and belonged to the Super Series Silver category . It was endowed with $ 85,000.

The defending champion was James Willstrop , who reached the quarter-finals that year. Thierry Lincou won the final against David Palmer 11: 9, 8:11, 11: 1, 4:11 and 11: 7. Lincou won his 14th title on the World Tour.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 32 players, eight of which were reserved for qualifiers. The 16 best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Aamir Atlas Khan a spot in the main draw.
