The Brunausee in Behringen

Behringen is a part of the municipality of Bispingen in the Heidekreis district in Lower Saxony .

The place is north-west of the core town of Bispingen on the state road 211. The A 7 runs not far to the east . The Brunau , a left tributary of the Luhe, flows through the village . In the resort lies Brunausee , one about seven hectares large quarry pond , which is with its environment for the entire region a popular recreational area.
