Bernhard Tieschowitz from Tieschowa

Theodor Bernhard Tieschowitz of Tieschowa (* 10. November 1841 in Ostrowo , Posen ; † 1909 in Heidelberg ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer, district administration and District President of the administrative district Königsberg (1894-1899).

Life

Tieschowitz was a descendant of the Bohemian post-aristocratic family Tieschowitz von Tieschowa . He attended the Friedrichs-Gymnasium Berlin . He studied law in Heidelberg and Berlin. He worked as the district administrator of the Wetzlar district from 1874 to 1888 and as the district president of the Königsberg district in the province of East Prussia from 1894 to 1899.

Tieschowitz had been a member of the Corps Saxo-Borussia Heidelberg since 1862 .
