The District League Oberschlesien 1934/35 was the second season of the District League Oberschlesien. In addition to the Lower Silesian District League 1934/35 and the Central Silesian District League 1934/35, it served as one of three second-rate district leagues that formed the foundation of the Gauliga Silesia . The champions of the three district classes qualified for a promotion round in which two promoted to Gauliga were played.

The Oberschlesien district league was played this season in a group of eleven teams in a round-robin tournament with a return leg. In the end, VfB 1910 Gleiwitz prevailed and qualified for the promotion round to Gauliga Schlesien 1935/36 , in which the Gleiwitzer prevailed together with VfB Breslau and thus rose to the Gauliga for the coming season.
