The Diocese of Jesi ( Latin Dioecesis Aesina , Italian Diocese of Jesi ) is in Italy located diocese of the Roman Catholic Church , located in Jesi .
The diocese was founded in the 6th century and today has a circumference of 315 km². The cathedral , begun in 1208, was completed in 1238. The diocese also produced two popes , namely its bishop Camillo Borghese as Pope Paul V and one of its canons as Pope Marcellus II.
