The Bocksbeutelwe g is an approx. 75 km long circular hiking trail. It runs in the two Bavarian administrative districts and Lower and Middle Franconia . His name suffers from the Bocksbeutel .

Since the Bocksbeutelweg is a circular route, the tour can be started at any location. The path runs across the Franconian Steigerwald low mountain range . The route is not divided into any official stages. The main route runs from Bad Windsheim over the two highest mountains of the Steigerwald, the Scheinberg and the Hohen Landsberg . The hiking trail then crosses the towns of Ippesheim and Bullenheim and then returns to the low mountain range and crosses the Bullenheimer Berg . After crossing it, it crosses the Iffigheimer Berg and then runs through a long stretch of forest. The Bocksbeutelweg then crosses the places Sugenheim , Rüdisbronn , Krautheim and Ipsheim, among others . The way is signposted.
