Bronson Webb (born February 20, 1983 in London , England ) is a British actor .

life and career

Bronson John Webb was born in London, where he grew up. He has been an actor since he was 11. At the age of 12 he played the role of Edgar Stick in the British television series Five Friends (1996); he was seen in the episode Five Friends on mysterious tracks .

In the Harry Potter film adaptation Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004), he played a student who belongs to the Slytherin House at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry . He replaced Gregory Goyle in some scenes in the clique around Draco Malfoy , Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle. In the script , his role was named Pike ; the unnamed role in the film is commonly referred to as "Slytherin Boy".

Since then he has mainly appeared in smaller supporting roles in successful films and series, including Kingdom of Heaven (2005; as a young apprentice), Robin Hood (2010; as Robin Hood's companion Jimoen) and Pirates of the Caribbean - On Stranger Tides (2011; as a cook). He had bigger roles as kidnapper Emilio in the film drama The Lives of the Saints (2006) and as " Sidekick " Tony in the crime thriller Pusher (2012).

In 2011 he was in the prologue scene of the first episode of the hit series Game of Thrones as Will . He played a young border guard from the Night's Watch who was executed for desertion . In 2012 he had an episode role in the British crime series Lewis - The Oxford Crime . He played the role of the young, silent Silas Whittaker, whom the death of 18-year-old babysitter Jessica Lake particularly affects.

He has also had episode roles in the British television series Harry and Cosh (2001), Waking the Dead (2003), Doctors (2004), Eleventh Hour (2006), Murphy's Law (2007) and Die Tudors (2010; as Furier , in the original: Forager , in a short conversation with the Earl of Surrey ).

In the fantasy film Pan (2015), with Hugh Jackman as the villain Blackbeard, Webb took on the role of Step . In the movie Victor Frankenstein - Genie und Wahnsinn (2015) with James McAvoy in the lead role, Webb plays the role of Rafferty .

Webb has been married to his wife Megan since December 2010.
