Bundestag constituency Wuppertal II

The Wuppertal II constituency was a constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia from 1949 to 2002 . It last comprised the eastern half of Wuppertal with the districts of Barmen , Oberbarmen , Heckinghausen , Langerfeld-Beyenburg and Ronsdorf .

For the 2002 elections , the lost Bergisch City Triangle a constituency. Since then, the districts of Barmen, Oberbarmen, Heckinghausen, Langerfeld-Beyenburg have belonged to the constituency of Wuppertal I and the district of Ronsdorf to the constituency of Solingen - Remscheid - Wuppertal II . The last directly elected constituency member was Willfried Penner ( SPD ).
