The castle Renfrizhausen is an Outbound hilltop castle at 584.5  m above sea level. NN on the "Burgstall" in the Renfrizhausen district of the city of Sulz am Neckar in the Rottweil district in Baden-Württemberg .

The castle was owned by the lords of Renfrizhausen and in 1860 the remains of a castle could still be seen on today's castle stables . Today moats and wall remains from the former castle complex are still preserved.
