The Burgstall Scherenburg is an abandoned medieval hilltop castle about 420 meters east of the church in Krum , a current district of Zeil am Main in the Haßberge district in Bavaria .
From the former castle still are Section Wall with moat that runs from the North to the southern flank of the ridge, and a rampart with no artificially high Castle Hill preserved. There is also an edge wall between the ring wall and the section wall.
