Burultokay

The district Burultokay or Fuhai ( Chinese  福海 县 , Pinyin Fúhǎi Xiàn ; Uighur بۇرۇلتوقاي ناھىيىسى Burultoⱪay Naⱨiyisi ; Kazakh بۋرىلتوعاي اۋدانى Bwrıltoğay Awdanı ) is a district of the Altay administrative district of the Kazakh Ili Autonomous District in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . Its main town is the large community of Fuhai (福海 镇).

On December 28, 2011, the areas of the production and construction corps No. 183, 187 and 188 were spun off from the Burultokay district and combined with the former municipality of Beitun in the town of Altay to form the new town of Beitun .
