Tokkuztara , also: Gongliu ( Kazakh توعىزتاراۋ اۋدانى, Toğıztaraw Awdanı ), is a district of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of the Ili Kazakh Autonomous District . Tokkuztara has an area of 4123.85 km² and about 180,000 inhabitants (2008).
Administrative structure
At the community level, Tokkuztara consists of one large community and seven communities . These are:
- Greater community Gongliu (巩留镇), seat of the district government;
- Community Agarsin (阿尕尔森乡);
- Aktübek municipality (阿克 吐 别克 乡);
- Community Dongmahalla (东买里乡);
- Community Jirgalang (吉尔格郎乡);
- Community Muhur (莫乎尔乡);
- Community Tastobe (塔斯托别乡);
- Tikarik municipality (提克阿 热 克 乡).
- In addition, there are two state farms in the district, a farm of the Production and Development Corps No. 73, two state cattle breeding farms with pasture areas, a state processing station for breeding cattle and a state forest.
