Tokkuztara , also: Gongliu ( Kazakh توعىزتاراۋ اۋدانى, Toğıztaraw Awdanı ), is a district of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the Ili Kazakh Autonomous District . Tokkuztara has an area of ​​4123.85 km² and about 180,000 inhabitants (2008).

Administrative structure
