The district of Dorbiljin or Emin ( Chinese  额敏 县 , Pinyin Émǐn Xiàn ; Uighur دۆربىلجىن ناھىيىسى, Dɵrbiljin Naⱨiyisi ; Kazakh ءدوربىلجىن اۋدانى, Dörbiljin Awdanı ) is a district of the Tacheng administrative district , which belongs to the Kazakh Ili Autonomous District in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . Its main town is the municipality of Emin (额敏 镇).
