Qinggil ( Chinese  青 河 县 , Pinyin Qīnghé Xiàn ; Uighur چىڭگىل ناھىيىسى Qinggil Naⱨiyisi ; Kazakh شىڭگىل اۋدانى Singil awdanı ) is a circle in the Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture Ili in the Uygur Autonomous Region of Xinjiang of the People's Republic of China . It belongs to the administrative area of ​​the Altay administrative district . Its main town is the large community of Qinggil (青 河镇).

The tumulus complex and the deer stones of Sanhaizi (or Shiebar-kul ) (Sanhaizi muzang ji lushi 三 海子 墓葬 及 鹿 石) in Qinggil County have been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-188) since 2001 .
