ᠰᡞᠶᠠᠨ, Cabcal Sibe beye dasangga siyan ) is an autonomous district of the Xibe in the Kazakh Autonomous District Ili in the northwest of the Uyghur Autonomous Region of Xinjiang in the People's Republic of China . Its main town is the large community of Qapqal (察布查尔镇 /ᠴᠠᠪᠴᠠᠯ). In 1999 it had 157,802 inhabitants.

The Jingyuan Temple ( Jingyuan si ) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (6-809) since 2006 .
